In the Annapurna region of the Himalayas, a group of young Tibetan refugees dream of one day, playing as a nation in the World Cup. With the help of two Scottish football coaches and strips from Scottish football teams, Celtic and Partick Thistle a re-enactment of the 1971 Scottish League Final is arranged to be played between two Tibetan camps high in the mountains of Nepal. This is the true and inspiring story of how this all came together, and how a promise made by filmmaker Jak Milroy, four years ago, was kept to give these young refugees hope and a dream of freedom.
